Guided Meditation Sessions
Echo Echo would like to invite you to our Guided Meditation Sessions that are designed to help you connect with your breath, quiet your mind, and unlock the full potential of meditation.
This 4 week course is perfect for individuals who are looking to start or deepen their meditation practice and want guidance to allow them stay focused and centered for around 30 minutes.
During the sessions, you will be led by ensemble member Kelly Quigley who will provide you with simple and effective ways to allow you quiet your mind, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace.
We welcome everyone - no prior experience is needed, and comfortable clothing is recommended. This is a wonderful opportunity to take a break from your busy day, slow down, and tune into your inner wisdom.
We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to get settled and ready for the practice.
