Instantaneous composition: embodying memory and imagination
Thursday 14th November | Echo Echo Studios | 10am – 12noon
Accessing and embodying memory and imagination gives us another level of inspiration, insight and understanding as movers and composers. This, coinciding with how we process the external input we receive from our physical senses through movement, enables us to become both observer and creator simultaneously. There will be a mixture of guided meditation, structured improvisation, technical/practical exercises, discussion, exploration and support & encouragement of the individual’s creative interest.
