About ADAIR
A quirky & exquisite, spectacular solo theatrical/live music performance titled "Adair" based on the Irish Goddess of the same name, curated, directed and performed by artist, creative visionary, composer, mythical songstress and healer, Maighread Ni Ghrasta who hails from the far reaches of Donegal.
A blend of ancient lore and ritual, infused with modern magic, Maighread will take the audience, through the art of ceremony to a world of realisation and re-awakening of what lies deep within their soul.
Maighread has achieved international acclaim as the powerful female vocalist of the blues rock duo Blackbird & Crow. A 5 year absence from the stage to focus on her creative works and solo career has left fans in limbo, eagerly awaiting her return to the stage to captivate them once more."
Tour Support provided by Frank Rafferty & Willy Copeland (2 Dead Thatchers).

ADAIR Review
"Adair draws on the rich myth of the Irish Goddess Adair, Maighread crafts an experience that is both ethereal and deeply personal. The performance is an exquisite fusion of ritualistic ceremony, haunting vocals, and original music. Maighread’s voice—already celebrated in her international career with the blues-rock duo Blackbird & Crow—soars with power and vulnerability, drawing the audience into a trance-like state."
