Class Jörg Gönner
About the Classes
Falling up
We will read the mechanism, options and choices within the controlled collapsing into our physical structures on our way down and up. In single and partner work we are spending time on a deeper embodied understanding for the fragile processes of standing, walking and finding our ways to and from the ground. Maybe even up into our partners structures, hips and shoulders. My class is open for all levels. It deals with the “usage” of a certain aware physical quality and state of mind to read and follow our dance as a living landscape. My two classes are building up on the same material but its also fine to take only one of them.
