Humour and Dance workshop led by Grete Smitaite
We will start with warm-up exercises that loosen-up the body and gently challenge one’s co-ordination. We will, then, proceed with a set of short solo and duo exercises that start from a set structure and invite one into short improvisations/creation. We will round-up with creating a short dance.
The class seeks to invite one to make dances that are real for oneself and that one desires to dance and share. The exercises are inspired by Quantum Theater Method by Ira Seidenstein. Grete Smitaite
