The Red Thread (2007)

The Red Thread
Premiered on Saturday 24th February 2007 in The Waterside Theatre, Derry-Londonderry
With an eclectic score, quirky visuals and witty narrative, The Red Thread is an intricately crafted performance by Ayesha Mailey. Choreographed by the award-winning Abi Mortimer (Lila Dance, UK), The Red Thread alternates between humour and pathos in a moving examination of one woman's life as she questions her new beginning.
You are invited to lurk and loiter in the audience in order to glimpse her neurotic struggles to find her place, her meaning, her destiny - and her way home - one thread at a time.
