Echo Echo is offering another amazing opportunity to learn Contact Improvisation from an experienced and respected teacher in an intensive weekend workshop from 14th - 16th November.
Co-Artistic Director of Echo Echo, Steve Batts, has been teaching and performing locally for many years but also holds huge popularity and authority in dance outside of the UK and Ireland.
Steve is internationally renowned for his Contact Improvisation skills across Europe, the Middle East and Russia.
This will be Echo Echo's third Contact Improvisation weekend workshop of the year. The previous two were fully booked and received excellent feedback from all participants who were involved.
Steve's weekend workshops have seen people travel from Belfast, Galway and beyond to attend. The format of a weekend workshop is intensive but a great way to learn more about this movement form.
The workshop will start on Friday 14th November at 8pm for an evening session before continuing on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th, 11am - 6pm, in the Echo Echo dance studio in the Waterside Theatre, Derry. There are limited places available.
