Lunchtime Performance 23rd Feb

Echo Echo to perform a lunchtime performance
with special guests The Henry Girls

Local dance company Echo Echo invites audiences to a lunchtime dance performance with music from the talented Inishowen trio, The Henry Girls on Thursday 23rd February at 1.30pm.

Echo Echo, widely recognised as Northern Ireland's leading dance company, continues to offer inspiring and playful events at its dance studio on Bishop Street. This lunchtime performance is the first of a series, which will happen once a month.

This event invite audiences to drop in and spend 20 minutes of their lunch hour captivated by movement, often accompanied by special guest artists and musicians.

Echo Echo dancers have collaborated with The Henry Girls for many performances in the past years including dance production and tour of Ripple Affect and more recently, for the music group's sold out gig in The Playhouse.

Echo Echo Development Officer, Sarah Bryden said: "Echo Echo has worked with The Henry Girls for many years now on different projects. They are launching their new album December Moon and some of our dancers have been involved in filming for a music video. We thought that inviting the girls to perform at our first lunchtime performance would be really special and exciting for the company and for local audiences."

The lunchtime performance will take place on Thursday 23rd February at 1.30pm in Echo Echo Dance Studio on Bishop Street (next to Hendersons Music). The company will provide tea and cake for audience members. There is a suggested donation of £3 at the door. No booking necessary.
